A keystone of my business is working with couples to help them create a realistic overall wedding budget based on their vision and my in-depth understanding of the local market. With the budget in place, I streamline the planning process by presenting my couples with the best options for them based on their vision. From there, we build their dream vendor team and design a bespoke event experience that highlights their unique love story. My collaborative process takes the project management burden and stress off my couples while ensuring they stay informed and are able to make important decisions along the way. On their wedding day, my team ensures every detail is taken care of so my couples can see their vision come to life.
Choosing the right wedding planner is one of the defining decisions of your wedding planning experience. As a seasoned event planner, I bring over a decade of experience in wedding and hospitality management throughout the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. The guiding principles of my business are transparency, authenticity, logistics-first, and a focus on finance.
Since opening Blue Sapphire Events in 2018, I have realized that two of the biggest stressors for a majority of couples are 1) not fully understanding the finances and cost breakdown of their dream wedding, and 2) not knowing how to effectively project manage the planning and execution of a large scale event. Being engaged and planning a wedding should be fun - not riddled with anxiety and countless hours of research.
